Read closely, thoughtfully, deliberatively and with a scholarly eye Romans 9-11. It has been carefully airbrushed out of the Episcopal liturgy over the last few Sundays, but this reader is no fool. I get it, but very, very few do. This is rarely expounded with clarity or cogency. As a long-time Bible reader (with systematicians and historians too), I am not immune or distant for the debates or discussions. Paul was Paul. Let him be so, notwithstanding efforts to let him not be St. Paul. Regards.
