What is the point? More than once I've been on my knees asking God if I have to go on. I get the same answer every time: choose life.
Deuteronomy 30:19
I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live,
God is sublime, knows and only wants what is best for us. And that is where the conflict begins because we are like an obstenant teenager. We know our parents only want the best for us but we find it hard to listen to our inner self, which leads us to God’s blessing (life), and instead give in to our outer voice which selfishly leads us to spiritual death.
