Vine and Branch: If my brother did this to me, I'd want to slap him but I would forgive him. If he did it 7 times I'd give up, deciding he was hopeless. It is a long journey to Christian maturity, thank God I have red letters to guide me.

Luke 17:3-4

Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”

Perhaps the second hardest thing in the Bible. The first is forgiving myself.
