He hurls down his crystals of ice like crumbs;
who can stand before his cold?

he makes his wind blow and the waters flow.

Snow is abnormal to Central and Southern Palestine life, and of Jerusalem. At 32 degree north latitude, it is like getting snow in New Orleans, Dallas, and San Diego. Maybe 3-4 inches every 12 years, shutting down and disrupting everything, dreary, chaos abound. All is changed! Frost is deadly for orchards, orange, olives, and grape vines. @lsrryr8732
